Terms of Use for Scraps And The City CU License - Daniela Sullivan aka DarkMoon's Dream

This license is for my Posers/Tubes sold at Scraps And The City (SACT) only.

This license gives you permission to use my personal use images/tubes for commercial use.  This means you may add them to your scrap kits for sale.

- This is a Lifetime license and only needs to be purchased once -

I do hold the right to change the terms when I see fit.  I will inform you of changes to this license.

After you purchase your CU License please email me at darkmoonsdream @ gmail.com (no spaces, of course). In the subject line put 'CU Poser-Tube License Purchase.  Please download and complete the information for your license and attach it to the email you send to me.
** Please note that I've been unable to send to AOL e-mail addresses for a while now - so please do *not* use an AOL addy for me to send you the license information! I apologize for the inconvenience**

I own copyright to my graphics and you may not claim them as your own.

I require that you mention in your TOU that you are a DarkMoon's Dream license holder with the license number issued to you and include my specific CU License TOU in your kit (you will get this TOU with your license number)

You are required to post your CU license on your blog/website. If you are a store owner and plan to use my images/tubes in your scrap kits to sell in your store - place CU license on your store front.

And please be sure to read, understand and abide my TOU before purchasing.

1 – Don’t give my tubes away as a freebie.

2 - Don’t share them in groups, forums or upload my Posers/tubes to any file sharing sites.

3 - Don't repackage my Posers/tubes and claim them as your own.

4 - Don’t alter/modify them.

5 - Do not make other CU products with my images/tubes.

6 - I allow up to 4 Posers/tubes to be used in your kits for sale.  Your scrap kits must have at least 20 elements and 5 papers in order to include my images/tubes in your scrap kit for sale and they always have to be incorporated to your kits.

7 – I request credit.

8 - When using my Posers/tubes to make signature tags, or tags - you must give credit. (See: samples of credits) And keep in mind that the standard SATC TOU for tags/tutorials still applies as it does with the regular PU Posers/Tubes!
