This TOU covers all my current CU products I'm offering:

- Poser
- Scripts
- Templates
- Tubes

I reserve the right to change and/or modify the following terms at any given time. I will post the most up-to-date version on my blog, so please check it from time to time.

By using any of my products you are agreeing to observe and abide by these terms as laid out below.

This license only covers Commercial Use for Commercial Use usage of my CU products and does not apply to Crafters/Printable projects/use.
In order to use any of my CU products - Posers, Scripts, Templates, Tubes - in your crafting/printing projects you have to purchase a CU4CU Crafters License.

This license does NOT include my Posers offered at Scraps And The City (SATC)! SATC has it's own CU license and TOU.
This license *only* applies to Posers sold at other stores other than SATC.

This is a lifetime license - you only have to purchase it once.

Please note: you will have to purchase my CU products separately.


This purchased license gives you permission to use all of my Commercial Use products to create your own Commercial Use products. This includes Freebies that I offer on my blog.

The following restrictions apply:

- You may not offer my commercial use products until your License graphic has been emailed to you and has been posted on your blog/website or store front.

- Products cannot be sold in their original form. They have to be modified or altered in some way,  not just recoloured or resized. Examples of approved modifications are: add elements of your own to it, add textures, patterns or filters.

- All templates have to be merged and altered for resale a commercial use product.  They cannot be sold in their layered form.

- You must include on your TOU file that you are a DarkMoon's Dream CU4CU License holder. Please also provide a link to my blog at: http://darkmoonsdream.blogspot.com

- My CU4CU license is good for 1 person only, you cannot share it with anyone.

- Your license can be revoked if you use my items without alteration or do not follow my TOU. No refunds will be given for revoked licenses.

Once you have purchased my CU 4 CU license you will be given a download for the information I need in order to put your license together and email it to you. Please read that file carefully, and follow the instructions so I can get the license to you.
